ProactivaNET®, first ITSM spanish tool in getting the ISS endorsement by ITIL®

ProactivaNET® 8 has been the first spanish tool in getting the ITIL Software Scheme (ISS) endorsement by APMG, following the requirements of the OGC/The Office Cabinet (ITIL® owners), and showing the the tool achieve 100% ITIL processes.

ITIL ® Software Scheme (ISS) endorsement indicates that the tool has achieved the ITIL ® best practices and most importantly, it can provide to an IT department all the support needed to get them. It also denotes that the ITSM software usability is guaranteed by final consumers, that means, it is necessary to test it in several cases of real customers who have the system already working (prerequisite for higher levels of approval) .

ProactivaNET ® software has achieved the endorsement for 6 processes, 4 of them with "Gold Level", the highest level of recognition given to the ITSM software vendors, and another 2 in the "Bronze Level".

This endorsement meets with the review of the highest levels in quality and alignment with ITIL® imposed by both Pink Elephant as well as the Office of Government Commerce (OGC, owner of ITIL®).
