Great success of the Seminar "Success Case: Manterquerías Arias", organised by ProactivaNET®, Tecnofor and Mantequerías Arias

More than 65 profesionals attended to this Seminar organised by ProactivaNET®, Tecnofor and Mantequerías Arias. This Seminar took place in Tecnofor premises in Madrid on 24th September 2010 and the company Mantequerías Arias presented its success case in the application of the ITIL® best practices within its organisation.

Marlon Molina, Chief Executive of Tecnofor, presented to the audience what were the necesary processes in the IT management according with ITIL® best practices.

Alejandro Castro, ProactivaNET® Product Manager, talked about the product developed by ProactivaNET® for managing IT assets. Mantequerías Arias has used this tool as the perfect application to follow ITIL® processes within the company.
