ProactivaNET® will take part of the V National Conference organised by ITSMF Spain

The V National Conference of the itSMF Spain will take place the following 15th and 16th November in the "Círculo de Bellas Artes" of Madrid.

The main idea of this year's conference is "Analizing the future of the IT organisations" and how to lead these companies in the use of the best practices within the IT department.

ProactivaNET® will participate and collaborate in promoting this idea as some members of its staff are experts in ITIL® best practices.
