Tue, August 16 , 2011 ProactivaNET®, first ITSM spanish tool in getting the ISS endorsement by ITIL®: ProactivaNET® 8 has been the first spanish tool in getting the ITIL Software Scheme (ISS) endorsement by APMG, following the requirements of the OGC/The Office Cabinet (ITIL® owners), and showing the the tool achieve 100% ITIL processes.
Fri, June 17 , 2011 ProactivaNET gets PinkVERIFY certification: ProactivaNET ® 8 has been certified in PinkVERIFY v3.1, the highest level of recognition given to suppliers that offer ITSM tools, becoming the first Spanish tool to obtain this certification.
