Reports, metric and KPIs

The application has many formats of reports, metrics an KPIs:

P-Tables:

All the lists of the application, that appear in table form, (P-tables) are completely parametrizable, we can choose the fields to be seen such as order criteria, information filters and totalizers. It is also possible to save different views and queries for a table, being able to recuperate any of them at any time. The contents of these tables is always exportable to Excel and PDF.

Dashboard:

On the Dashboard we have direct access to a summary of the work of different technicians, support groups, etc., such as an automatic metric of average resolution time, average closure time, number of proposed solutions, etc. We can also follow the number of incidences in any state, at any time and with any criteria.

Reports and advanced graphics:

To design reports for the management is now easier, we can include attractive parametrizable graphs with just one click of the mouse, without having to program a code.
